Beef Sauce Salt & black pepper To taste Balance seasoning
Beef Sauce Red pepper flakes 1 tsp Optional, for heat
Cheese Shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Parmesan) 100 g Melty topping

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta
Bring salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Make Beef Sauce
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onion 2–3 minutes until soft. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds.
Add beef, cook until browned, breaking apart. Drain excess fat if needed.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Stir in tomato sauce; simmer 5–7 minutes.
  3. Combine Pasta & Sauce
Toss cooked pasta with beef sauce. Add reserved pasta water if sauce is too thick.
  4. Add Cheese
Stir in heavy cream (optional). Sprinkle cheese over pasta. Cover skillet 2–3 minutes until melted, or transfer to a baking dish and broil 5 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Pro Tips

  • Use freshly grated cheese for better flavor and melting.
  • Let sauce simmer longer for deeper taste.
  • Add a pinch of sugar if tomato sauce is too acidic.
  • Don’t overcook pasta—it will absorb more flavor in the sauce.
