Raspberry Dip

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated sharp cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, chopped pecans, and chopped green onions. Season with a pinch of kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the raspberry preserves evenly onto the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Carefully spread the cheese mixture over the raspberry preserves, ensuring it covers the preserves completely.
