Low-Carb Broccoli Cheddar Egg Cups

Directions
- Preheat Oven
Heat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12‑cup muffin tin well. - Prep Broccoli
Chop fresh florets finely, or thaw and drain frozen broccoli. - Mix Base

Bake 18–22 minutes, until set and lightly golden. A toothpick should come out mostly clean. - Cool & Serve
Let rest 5 minutes in the pan, then lift out gently. Serve warm, or cool completely and store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 4 days. Reheat briefly in the microwave or oven.
