- Preheat oven broiler, or set oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix beef with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 patties slightly larger than the buns.
- Cook patties in a skillet or grill over medium‑high heat, 4–5 minutes per side, until centers reach 160°F (71°C).
- Top patties: Place on a baking sheet, spoon 2 tbsp pizza sauce over each, then add mozzarella, pepperoni, olives, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and Parmesan.
- Broil or bake 2–5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Toast buns lightly in a skillet with olive oil or in the oven until golden.
- Assemble burgers: Place each topped patty on a bun, sprinkle with oregano and parsley, then cap with the top bun.
- Serve hot with fries, salad, potato wedges, or chips.
