Layers of raw bacon, onion, potato, and creamy white beans slowly meld together in savory chicken broth. As it cooks, the bacon releases smoky richness, the onions soften and sweeten, the potatoes turn tender and creamy, and the beans soak up every drop of seasoned broth. The result? A complete one-pot meal that tastes like it simmered all day—without you lifting a finger.
