Ingredients:

Shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup
Frozen tater tots 1 package (32 oz)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the Beef: Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Assemble the Casserole:
    • Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
    • Pour the soup mixture over the beef.
