Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare Filling:
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Beat in vanilla extract and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and nuts (if using).
- Assemble Pie:
- Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan. Crimp edges as desired.
