Ingredients:

Spaghetti noodles 12 oz
Ground beef 1 lb
Marinara sauce 1 jar (24 oz)
Ricotta cheese 1 cup
Sour cream 1 cup
Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper To taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Brown ground beef in olive oil over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Stir in half the marinara sauce.
