Instructions:
- Prepare crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Prepare cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream. Gently fold in chopped strawberries. Pour over cooled crust.
