Spaghetti Salad Supreme

Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
Spaghetti 16 oz
Roma tomatoes, diced 2 medium
Cucumber, diced 1 medium
Sweet onion, chopped 1 small
Red pepper, diced ½
Carrots, finely sliced 1–2
Italian dressing ¾ cup
Pasta & salad seasoning (like Johnny’s) 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Break spaghetti into thirds and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Mix the salad
    In a large bowl, combine pasta with tomatoes, cucumber, onion, red pepper, and carrots. Toss to blend.
  3. Add dressing & seasoning
    Pour in Italian dressing and sprinkle with pasta & salad seasoning. Toss again until evenly coated.
