Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Mustard Pork Chops

Some recipes quietly slip into your weekly routine without you even planning it. This is one of them.

It started for me on one of those long, noisy evenings—laundry half-folded, emails unanswered, dinner unplanned. I opened the fridge, stared at a pack of pork chops, and wished they’d magically turn into comfort food. They didn’t.

But what did happen was better: I mixed three simple ingredients, set the slow cooker, and walked away. Hours later, the kitchen smelled warm and homey, like dinner had been waiting patiently all day. That’s the beauty of this recipe—it asks for almost nothing, yet gives back so much.

Now, it’s one of my go-to dinners when life feels too full. Minimal effort, big flavor, pure comfort.
