Ingredients:

| Ground beef | 1 lb |
| Small onion, finely chopped | 1 |
| Garlic powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Onion powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Salt and pepper | To taste |
| Low-fat cheddar cheese | 8 slices |
| Shredded lettuce | 1 cup |
| Sliced pickles | 1/2 cup |
| Sesame seeds (optional) | For garnish |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drain excess fat and let cool.
- Prepare a dish with warm water. Submerge one rice paper wrap until pliable.
- Place softened wrap on a towel or cutting board. Add cheese, beef mixture, lettuce, and pickles.
- Fold sides, then roll up tightly. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining wraps.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
