How To Make Baked Sausage and Cheese Mini Wontons:

Step 2: Prepare Filling: Add the 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2 chopped green onions, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup chopped fresh spinach, and 1/4 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the sausage. Season with black pepper to taste. Mix the ingredients until well combined.

Step 3: Preheat Oven and Prep Pan: Preheat your oven to 375F (190C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 4: Assemble Wontons: Place approximately 1 teaspoon of the sausage mixture onto the center of each of the 24 wonton wrappers. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a little water (using a fingertip or small brush), then fold it into a triangle, pressing the edges firmly to seal the filling inside.
Step 5: Bake: Arrange the sealed wontons on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops of the wontons with olive oil or melted butter. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the wontons are golden brown and crispy.
Step 6: Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
