Pasta Shells with Ground Beef

Ingredients

Pasta shells 2 cups Browned in oil
Olive oil ¼ cup For browning pasta

Granulated tomato broth 4 tbsp Rich tomato flavor
Serrano peppers, diced 3 Heat and flavor
Onion, chopped ½ Savory base
Rotel (tomatoes & chilies) 1 can Adds zest
Parsley, chopped To taste Fresh garnish

Onion powder To taste Seasoning
Red sazon seasoning 2 packets Color & flavor
Bay leaf 1 Aromatic

Instructions

  1. Brown the Beef
    • In a large deep skillet, cook ground beef until fully browned.
    • Drain excess fat.
    • Season with black pepper and sazon perfecta; stir well.
  2. Brown the Pasta
    • In a separate skillet, heat olive oil.
    • Add pasta shells and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Combine
    • Stir browned pasta into the cooked beef.
    • Add remaining ingredients (water, broths, peppers, onion, Rotel, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, sazon packets, bay leaf).
  4. Simmer
    • Cover skillet, reduce heat, and cook until pasta shells are tender and flavors meld together.
  5. Serve
    • Remove bay leaf.
    • Spoon into bowls, garnish with parsley, and enjoy hot.
