Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease loaf pans: Lightly grease two 9×5 inch loaf pans with butter or nonstick spray.
- Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar: In a large bowl or mixer, cream together butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Layer batter and caramel: Pour ¼ of the batter into each loaf pan. Spoon ¼ cup caramel topping onto the batter and swirl, keeping it away from the edges. Add the remaining batter on top.
