- Puree Strawberries: Place the fresh strawberries in a blender or food processor. Blend until they are fully pureed into a smooth consistency. If you prefer a seedless lemonade, you can pour the strawberry puree through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the seeds.
- Combine in Pitcher: Add 2 cups of ice to a 1/2 gallon pitcher. Pour in the freshly squeezed lemon juice, the strawberry puree, the entire can of sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir Until Smooth: Use a large spoon to stir the mixture in the pitcher for about 1 minute, or until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined and the lemonade appears smooth and creamy.
- Add Water: Pour in the cold water (start with 5 cups and add more to your desired consistency and sweetness). Stir gently to combine all the liquids.
