Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Slowly pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, stirring just until combined.
- Pour into loaf pan: Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake: Place pan in preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If the top is browning too quickly, cover loosely with foil.
- Add cinnamon sugar topping: While bread is baking, mix cinnamon sugar topping in a small bowl. Once bread is out of the oven and still warm, brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the entire loaf.
- Cool and serve: Allow bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
