Instructions:
- Marinate Chicken: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Add chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Cook Noodles: Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, sesame oil, black pepper, and chicken broth.
- Stir-Fry Chicken: Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add marinated chicken and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Stir-Fry Vegetables: In the same skillet, add more oil. Add onion, cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Combine Noodles and Sauce: Add cooked noodles to skillet with vegetables. Pour sauce over and toss until well coated and heated through.
- Return Chicken: Return cooked chicken to pan and toss until evenly distributed.
- Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
