Ingredient Quantity
Beef tips or stew meat 2 pounds
Beef broth 1 cup
Balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Garlic, minced 4 cloves
Onion, diced 1
Dried rosemary 1 teaspoon (or 1 tablespoon if using fresh)
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Cornstarch 2 tablespoons
Cold water 3 tablespoons
