This is a quick and easy recipe for a comforting and delicious pasta dish. The creamy sauce coats the tortellini perfectly, making it a satisfying meal.

Ingredients:
Ingredient | Quantity |

Cheese tortellini | 1 pound |
Unsalted butter | 2 tablespoons |
Garlic, minced | 3 cloves |
Heavy cream | 1 cup |
Grated Parmesan cheese | 1/2 cup |
Grated Romano cheese | 1/4 cup |
Ground nutmeg | 1/4 teaspoon |
Salt and pepper | To taste |
Chopped fresh parsley (optional) | 1 tablespoon |
Instructions:

Cook Tortellini:
- Boil a large pot of salted water.
- Add tortellini and cook according to package directions.
- Drain and set aside.

Prepare Sauce:
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan, Romano, and nutmeg.
- Season with salt and pepper.
