This is a quick and easy recipe for a comforting and delicious pasta dish. The creamy sauce coats the tortellini perfectly, making it a satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Cheese tortellini 1 pound
Unsalted butter 2 tablespoons
Garlic, minced 3 cloves
Heavy cream 1 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
Grated Romano cheese 1/4 cup
Ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon
Salt and pepper To taste
Chopped fresh parsley (optional) 1 tablespoon

Instructions:

  1. Cook Tortellini:

    • Boil a large pot of salted water.
    • Add tortellini and cook according to package directions.
    • Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Sauce:

    • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Sauté garlic for 1 minute.
    • Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
    • Stir in Parmesan, Romano, and nutmeg.
    • Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine:

    • Add cooked tortellini to the sauce.
    • Toss to coat.
    • Simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Serve:

    • Serve hot, garnished with parsley (optional).
