Instructions:
- Prepare Shrimp: Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Cook Sausage: In the same skillet, add olive oil and cook sausage until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside with shrimp.
