Ingredients:

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 pounds
Long-grain white rice 1 cup
Chicken broth 2 cups
Cream of chicken soup 1 can (10.5 ounces)

Frozen mixed vegetables 1 ½ cups

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
