Ingredients:

| Refried beans (16 oz. can) | 1 |

| Diced Roma tomatoes | 3 |
| Chopped green onions | 2-3 |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook beef: Heat ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until the meat is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess fat.
- Add seasoning: Reduce heat to low and stir in taco seasoning. Saute for a few minutes longer.
- Layer nachos: Place one bag of tortilla chips on each of two baking sheets. Top with half of the refried beans and meat mixture.
- Add cheese: Divide the cheese evenly between the two baking sheets.
- Bake: Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve: Immediately sprinkle with chopped tomato and green onion. Serve and enjoy!
