I never thought I’d find my aunties’ old recipe, but I did, and it’s even better than I remember!
These golden-brown, cheesy delights are a perfect appetizer or snack. Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and packed with flavor.

Ingredients:
Ingredient | Quantity |

Pillsbury Grands biscuits | 1 can (16.3 oz) |
Mozzarella cheese | 8 cubes (1 inch each) |
Butter | 3 tbsp (melted) |
Garlic powder | 1/8 tsp |
Italian seasoning | 1 tsp |
Parmesan cheese | 1/4 cup (grated) |
Marinara sauce | For dipping (optional) |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces.
- Place a mozzarella cube in the center of each biscuit piece.
- Fold biscuit dough around cheese, pinching seams closed.
- Place seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the top of each cheese balls with garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with marinara sauce if desired.
