Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Ziti noodles 12 ounces
Ground beef 1 pound
Alfredo sauce 2 cups
Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste
Chopped parsley For garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven & Cook Pasta: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the ziti noodles according to package instructions until they are al dente (meaning they still have a slight bite). Drain the noodles well and set them aside.
  2. Brown Ground Beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until it’s fully browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Once browned, drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Season Beef: Add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the cooked beef, stirring to combine the seasonings evenly.
  4. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ziti, browned ground beef, and the Alfredo sauce. Mix everything thoroughly until the ziti and beef are well coated with the sauce.
  5. Assemble Casserole: Transfer the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden brown.
  7. Serve: Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. If desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
