Bottom Layer:

Step 1: Prepare the Bottom Layer

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of white sugar, 4 teaspoons of baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon of salt.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in 1 ½ cups of milk, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, and ¼ cup of melted butter until the batter is smooth.
