| Uncooked long grain white rice | 1 cup |
| Italian seasoning | 1 tbsp |
| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Black pepper | 1/2 tsp |
| Mozzarella cheese, shredded | 3/4 cup |
| Cheddar cheese, shredded | 3/4 cup |
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef until mostly done. Add onions and bell peppers; cook for 5-10 minutes until softened.
- Add garlic to the beef mixture and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients (except cheese) and bring to a boil.
- Cover, reduce heat to simmer, and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once rice is tender, stir in half of the cheese until melted and incorporated.
