Ingredients:

THE PROTEIN & CRUNCH AMOUNT
Imitation crab meat (flaked style) 16 oz
Celery, finely diced 1/2 cup
Red onion, very finely diced 3 tablespoons
THE DRESSING AMOUNT
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Fresh lemon juice 2 teaspoons
Fresh dill, chopped (or 1/2 tsp dried) 1 1/2 tablespoons
Old Bay seasoning 1/2 teaspoon

How To Make Seafood Salad:

Step 1: Prep the Components: If your imitation crab is in large chunks, use your fingers or a fork to gently flake it into smaller, bite-sized pieces. Finely dice the celery and red onion; the smaller the dice, the better the flavor distribution in every bite.
