Garlic Steak & Potato Foil Packets

Ingredients:

INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
Lean sirloin steak 2 pounds, trimmed and cut into 2-inch chunks
Baby yellow potatoes 1 pound, quartered or halved
Minced garlic 1 tablespoon, adjust to taste
Italian seasoning 2 teaspoons (or a mix of dried oregano, thyme, and parsley)
Onion powder 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Salt and freshly ground pepper To taste

Instructions:

  1. Step 1: Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2: Season and Mix: In a large bowl, mix the 2 pounds sirloin steak chunks and 1 pound potatoes with 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 3 tablespoons olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste until all contents are well-coated.
