Instructions:
- Step 1: Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Step 2: Season and Mix: In a large bowl, mix the 2 pounds sirloin steak chunks and 1 pound potatoes with 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 3 tablespoons olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste until all contents are well-coated.
