Condensed cream of bacon soup | 1 (10.5 oz) can |
Cream cheese, softened | 8 oz |
Garlic powder | 1/2 tablespoon |
Onion powder | 1/2 tablespoon |
Dry spaghetti | 1 lb |
Mozzarella cheese, grated | 3 1/2 cups, divided |
Bacon, cooked and crumbled | 1 cup |
Fresh chives, snipped (optional) | For garnish |
Kosher salt & black pepper | To taste |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large pot, combine milk, bacon soup, cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a boil.
- Once bubbling, break the spaghetti in half and stir it into the pot. Reduce heat to medium-low and let it cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in 2 cups of mozzarella and half of the bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and bacon.
- Bake until the cheese is melted and golden brown, about 15 minutes.
