Bacon Cream Cheese Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
Milk 4 cups
Condensed cream of bacon soup 1 (10.5 oz) can
Cream cheese, softened 8 oz
Garlic powder 1/2 tablespoon
Onion powder 1/2 tablespoon
Dry spaghetti 1 lb
Mozzarella cheese, grated 3 1/2 cups, divided
Bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 cup
Fresh chives, snipped (optional) For garnish
Kosher salt & black pepper To taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large pot, combine milk, bacon soup, cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a boil.
  3. Once bubbling, break the spaghetti in half and stir it into the pot. Reduce heat to medium-low and let it cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in 2 cups of mozzarella and half of the bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and bacon.
  6. Bake until the cheese is melted and golden brown, about 15 minutes.
  7. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh chives, if desired. Enjoy!
