Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Leftover (garlic) mashed potatoes 3 cups
Lean ground beef 1 pound
White onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup
Garlic, minced 3 cloves
Brown sugar 2 tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
Italian breadcrumbs 1 cup
Large egg 1
Sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1 1/2 cups
Bacon, cooked and crumbled (or bacon bits) 1/3 cup
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper To taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
