Ground beef 1 lb
Minced garlic As needed
Cheddar cheese soup 1 can
Frozen shredded hashbrowns 1 package (approx. 30 oz)
Shredded taco style cheese 2 cups, divided


  1. Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet, cook 1 lb of ground beef with minced garlic until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cheddar cheese soup, frozen shredded hashbrowns, and half of the shredded taco style cheese.
  3. Transfer to Crock Pot: Grease the crock pot and transfer the mixture into it.
  4. Add Remaining Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining shredded taco style cheese over the top of the mixture in the crock pot.
