Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
 
 - Prepare Tomatoes:
- Slice the top off each tomato and scoop out all the pulp.
 - Place the hollowed tomatoes in a baking dish.
 
 - Cook Ground Beef:
- Brown the ground beef in a large saute pan until fully cooked.
 - Add the taco seasoning to the cooked beef, mixing well.
 
 - Add Spinach and Corn:
- Stir in the chopped spinach and corn into the beef mixture.
 - Cook until the spinach is wilted, and everything is well mixed.
 
 - Stuff Tomatoes:
- Stuff each tomato with the beef and vegetable mixture.
 - If there’s any leftover beef, spread it in the bottom of the baking dish.
 
 - Cheese Topping:
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese on top of the stuffed tomatoes (optional).
