Loaded Pizza Burgers

4 Hamburger buns, split

Pizza Toppings ½ cup Pizza sauce
1½ cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
24 slices Pepperoni
¼ cup Sliced black olives
¼ cup Diced green bell pepper
¼ cup Diced red onion
2 tbsp Sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Dried oregano
1 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

📝 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven broiler, or set oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix beef with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 patties slightly larger than the buns.
  3. Cook patties in a skillet or grill over medium‑high heat, 4–5 minutes per side, until centers reach 160°F (71°C).
  4. Top patties: Place on a baking sheet, spoon 2 tbsp pizza sauce over each, then add mozzarella, pepperoni, olives, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and Parmesan.
  5. Broil or bake 2–5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Toast buns lightly in a skillet with olive oil or in the oven until golden.
  7. Assemble burgers: Place each topped patty on a bun, sprinkle with oregano and parsley, then cap with the top bun.
  8. Serve hot with fries, salad, potato wedges, or chips.
