👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat
Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13‑inch baking pan with nonstick spray. - Prepare rolls
Slice the package of rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place bottom halves in the pan. - Layer fillings
Add half the Swiss cheese, then all the ham, all the turkey, and the remaining Swiss cheese. Top with the roll tops. - Brush topping
Whisk melted butter, egg, and pepper. Brush evenly over the rolls. - Bake
Bake 25 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden. Tent with foil if browning too quickly. - Finish
Remove from oven, sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar, and serve warm with jam or maple syrup.
