Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and dried thyme. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
