Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:

Cream of mushroom soup 1 can (10.5 ounces)
Sour cream 1 cup
Shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups (divided)
Frozen tater tots 1 package (32 ounces)

How To Make Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole:

  1. Step 1: Preheat and Cook Meat: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large skillet, cook the 1 pound ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Step 2: Sauté Aromatics: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent.
