Easy Corn Souffle Recipe

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Whole kernel corn, drained 1 can (15.25 oz)
Creamed corn 1 can (14.75 oz)
Sour cream 1 cup
Unsalted butter, melted 1/2 cup
Corn muffin mix 1 package (8.5 oz)
Large eggs, beaten 2
Shredded cheddar cheese (optional) 1/2 cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in corn muffin mix and beaten eggs until just combined. If using, fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake: Pour batter into prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
  5. Serve: Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
