Taco seasoning mix 1 packet
Water 1/4 cup
Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 cup
Flour tortillas 8 medium
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
Sour cream 1/2 cup
Lettuce, shredded 1 cup
Tomatoes, diced 1/2 cup
Black olives, sliced 1/4 cup
Green onions, chopped 1/4 cup
Cilantro, chopped (optional) 1/4 cup

Instructions:
