These Iowa Party Bites are a delicious and cheesy appetizer that’s perfect for any gathering. The combination of crispy tortilla chips, creamy cheese, and flavorful ingredients makes them a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Tostitos scoops tortilla chips 1 (10 oz) bag
Cream cheese, softened 1 (8 oz) block
Shredded mozzarella cheese 8 oz
Egg 1
Sweet corn, drained 1 (15 oz) can
Green chiles, mild or medium 1 (4 oz) can
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Grated Parmesan cheese, for tops 1/2 cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease two large baking sheets or line them with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange tortilla chips on the baking sheets, cup side up.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Scoop filling into the tortilla chips, about 1 tablespoon per chip.
  6. Sprinkle the tops of the filled chips with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
