Broccoli and Cheddar Cheese Pizza Calzone:

Borden Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese ¼ cup
Borden Shredded Mozzarella Cheese ¼ cup
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon
Finely chopped broccoli 1.5 cups

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare dough: Roll out the pizza crust on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares of your desired size.
  3. Assemble classic pizza calzone: Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce onto one half of each square of dough. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and black olives. Fold the other half over the filling and seal the edges.
  4. Assemble broccoli and cheddar pizza calzone: Combine cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and broccoli. Spoon onto one half of each dough square. Fold and seal.
  5. Bake: Place the assembled pizza pockets on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
