I never thought I’d find my aunties’ old recipe, but I did, and it’s even better than I remember!

These golden-brown, cheesy delights are a perfect appetizer or snack. Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and packed with flavor.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Pillsbury Grands biscuits 1 can (16.3 oz)
Mozzarella cheese 8 cubes (1 inch each)
Butter 3 tbsp (melted)
Garlic powder 1/8 tsp
Italian seasoning 1 tsp
Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup (grated)
Marinara sauce For dipping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces.
  3. Place a mozzarella cube in the center of each biscuit piece.
  4. Fold biscuit dough around cheese, pinching seams closed.
  5. Place seam side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Brush the top of each cheese balls with garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with marinara sauce if desired.
