Celery (stalk) 1
Dry Red Wine 1 cup
Crushed Tomatoes 28 oz
Fresh Thyme Sprigs 3

Grated Parmesan Cheese For garnish
Bay Leaves 2
Fresh Parsley (chopped) For garnish
Cooked Noodles (optional) As desired

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef:
    • Season the cubed beef chuck roast with salt and pepper.
