Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prepare
    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13‑inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the Meat
    In a skillet, brown ground beef. Add onion and garlic; sauté 3–4 minutes. Stir in bell peppers and corn; cook 2–3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Mix the Casserole
    In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup cheddar. Stir in the meat and veggie mixture until evenly combined.
  4. Assemble
    Pour into prepared dish. Sprinkle extra cheddar on top. Optional: mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and scatter over for crunch.
