Smoked Paprika | 1 teaspoon |

Cayenne Pepper | 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste) |
Garlic Powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Salt | 1/2 teaspoon |

Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare chickpeas: Drain and rinse chickpeas. Spread on a clean kitchen towel or paper towels and pat dry. Remove any loose skins.
- Season chickpeas: Transfer chickpeas to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Add smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Roast chickpeas: Spread chickpeas in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are not overlapping. Roast in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
