This simple and flavorful Dinner Roll Olive Bread is a fantastic way to elevate basic frozen dinner rolls. With the addition of savory olives, oregano, and Parmesan cheese, it transforms into a delicious, rustic loaf perfect for serving alongside soups, salads, or pasta dishes.

Ingredients:

Ingredients Quantity
Frozen Dinner Rolls 1 bag
Kalamata Olives, chopped 2 tablespoons
Green Olives, chopped 2 tablespoons
Oregano 2 teaspoons
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Parmesan Cheese, shredded ⅔ cup

Instructions:

  1. Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. Add a layer of frozen dinner rolls to the loaf pan and toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle half of the chopped Kalamata and green olives over the first layer of rolls.
  4. Arrange another layer of frozen rolls on top of the olive layer.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining olives and oregano over the top layer of rolls. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  6. Cover the loaf pan and allow the rolls to rise for 3-4 hours.
  7. When the rolls have risen, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  8. Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the loaf.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. If the top is browning too quickly, cover the loaf with aluminum foil for the last 10 minutes of baking.
  11. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
