Instructions:
- Prepare the Marinade: In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients: minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Italian herb seasoning, cayenne pepper, black pepper, white pepper, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
- Marinate the Steaks: Place the steaks in a zip-lock bag. Pour the marinade over the steaks and seal the bag. Gently massage the marinade into the steaks through the bag.
- Refrigerate: Refrigerate the steaks for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to penetrate and the meat to tenderize.
- Cook the Steaks: Place a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Once the skillet is very hot, add the marinated steaks.
- Sear: Sear the steaks for 5 to 8 minutes on one side, then flip them.
- Cook to Desired Doneness: Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on the other side for medium to well-done steaks. Adjust cooking time for your preferred level of doneness.
- Rest: Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Finish: Top the rested steaks with butter.
- Serve: Serve immediately with your favorite sides and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Enjoy!
