White Chocolate Caramel Fudge

This rich, creamy fudge is made with white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk, swirled with smooth caramel sauce and studded with chopped pecans.

White Chocolate Caramel Fudge
Ingredients:

| White chocolate chips | 3 cups |
| Sweetened condensed milk | 14 ounces |
| Butter | 4 tablespoons |
| Vanilla extract | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Chopped pecans | 1 cup |
| Room temperature caramel sauce | 1/2 cup |
How To Make White Chocolate Caramel Fudge:
Step 1: Melt Base: Combine the 3 cups white chocolate chips, 14 oz sweetened condensed milk, and 4 tablespoons butter in a medium size glass bowl and heat in the microwave for 90 seconds.

Step 2: Finish Melting: Stir to combine and heat another 15 seconds. Stir and heat an additional 15 seconds, only if needed. There will still be a few pieces of unmelted chocolate in the bowl. Stir until mostly smooth with just a few flecks of unmelted chocolate remaining.

Step 3: Add Mix-Ins: Add the 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 cup chopped pecans and stir to combine. Scoop the mixture onto a parchment lined tray.
Step 4: Swirl Caramel: Spread the fudge with a spatula to approximately 1-inch thickness. Drizzle with 1/2 cup room temperature caramel sauce. Lightly swirl the caramel into the fudge with a knife or the end of the spatula.
Step 5: Chill and Serve: Chill until ready to serve. Slice into 1-inch squares and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!
