Ingredients:

Ingredients Quantity
Chicken breast 12.5 oz can
Rotel 2 cans of 10 oz
Mushroom soup 1 can
 Cream cheese 8 oz package
4 cups of shredded cheese 3 cups for sauce mixture & 1 cup to sprinkle on top
Cooked elbow noodles 3 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350 degrees for the perfect cooking temperature.
  2. Cook the Noodles: Boil the elbow noodles, rinse, and place them in a greased 9×12 casserole dish.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: In a medium saucepan, combine the undrained chicken, undrained Rotel, cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, and 3 cups of shredded cheese. Add salt and pepper. Heat on medium, stirring until fully melted.
