Ingredients:

Almond flour 1 1/2 cups
Baking powder 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups
Cream cheese 2 ounces
Large eggs 2
Grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Sheet: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt Cheese: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then heat for another 30 seconds until melted.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Add melted cheese mixture to dry ingredients and stir until combined. Add eggs and continue to mix, kneading with your hands if necessary.
  5. Shape Buns: Divide dough into 6 equal parts and shape into round buns.
  6. Bake: Place buns on prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to touch.
